The RFA-1LC-XML-Data-Requirements-and-Edits.xlsx documentation has been updated and posted on the eForms RFA-1LC page.
The updates are summarized on the Change Log tab of the RFA-1LC-XML-Data-Requirements-and-Edits.xlsx document, starting at row 101.
Application enhancements

An optional free text field, "Additional information related to this reason," was added to the request reason "Claimant is at maximum medical improvement and a medical report on permanency has been filed or the claimant agrees with the insurer's IME permanency report." This field will only display on the RFA-1LC if a value is entered in the field of the eForm/API.

Name change of request reason title
Claimant is at maximum medical improvement and agrees with insurer's IME permanency report or has obtained their own IME permanency report has been changed to Claimant is at maximum medical improvement and a medical report on permanency has been filed or the claimant agrees with the insurer's IME permanency report. The corresponding instructional text and options will be updated accordingly.
- The Back & Neck, Extremities, and Head & Trunk "Check/Uncheck All" boxes were removed from the eForm Body Parts pop up.
- A new field called "Current Earnings" was added to the "Claimant is entitled to reduced earnings" request reason. This field will assist with the calculation of any reduced earnings.
- Attorneys will have the option of including their email address on the Attestation section of the eForm to allow an additional form of contact to be provided. This field will only display on the RFA-1LC if a value is entered into the email address field in the eForm/API.
